Pepper Lunch

Ingredients

• 200g shaved beef brisket

• 1/3 cup chopped green onions

• 1/2 cup corn

• 1 bowl of cooked rice

Seasoning

• 2 tablespoons TK bulgogi galbi sauce

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Place the rice in the center and arrange the beef around the edges.

  2. Add corn on top of the rice and sprinkle half of the green onions. Place the butter on top of the rice.

  3. When the beef is partially cooked, add the TK bulgogi galbi sauce and black pepper. Stir-fry everything together.

  4. Finish by adding the remaining green onions and serve.
