Bulgogi Spam Musubi

Ingredients:

• Rice: 150g

• Spam: 1 can (4 slices)

• Seaweed: 1 sheet

Seasoning:

• 1 tbsp TK Bulgogi Kalbi Sauce

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Season the rice with salt and sesame oil.

  2. Slice the Spam into 0.7 cm thick pieces.

  3. Lightly oil a pan and grill the Spam.

  4. Once the Spam is golden brown, lower the heat and simmer it with TK Bulgogi Kalbi Sauce.

  5. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap inside the cleaned Spam can, then firmly press in the rice, followed by a Spam slice.

  6. Roll the plastic wrap tightly to compress everything, then remove it from the Spam can.

  7. Unwrap and wrap the musubi with a 2.5 cm wide strip of seaweed to complete.
