Spicy Spam Musubi
Ingredients
• Rice: 159g
• Spam: 1 can
• Eggs: 3
• Seaweed (gim): 1 sheet
Seasoning
• 1 tbsp TK Spicy Sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp cooking wine
Instructions
Season the rice with salt and sesame oil.
Beat the eggs well, season with salt and cooking wine.
Slice the Spam into 0.7 cm thick pieces.
Cook thin egg sheets (like an omelet) in a pan.
Grill the Spam in a heated pan until golden. Then lower the heat, add TK spicy sauce, and simmer until coated.
Line a Spam can with plastic wrap, then layer rice, Spam, and egg sheet in order. Press firmly.
Wrap the plastic tightly around the musubi, then remove it from the mold.
Wrap a 2.5 cm wide strip of seaweed around the musubi to finish.
