Bulgogi Salad
Ingredients
150 g beef slices for bulgogi
Salad greens (lettuce, arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion)
Bulgogi Marinade
1 ½ Tbsp TK bulgogi galbi sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
A dash of black pepper
Dressing
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
½ Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp mustard
A pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the beef with TK bulgogi galbi sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, and pepper. Massage the marinade into the meat.
Stir-fry the beef in a pan until fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a plate and let it cool.
Wash the salad greens thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the red onion and soak it in water.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together and stir until slightly thickened.
Place the salad greens on a serving plate, then top with the cooked bulgogi. Add pine nuts if available.
Serve the dressing on the side and drizzle just before eating.
