Bulgogi Salad

Ingredients

  • 150 g beef slices for bulgogi

  • Salad greens (lettuce, arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion)

Bulgogi Marinade

  • 1 ½ Tbsp TK bulgogi galbi sauce

  • 1 tsp cooking wine

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • A dash of black pepper

Dressing

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • ½ Tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp mustard

  • A pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef with TK bulgogi galbi sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, and pepper. Massage the marinade into the meat.

  2. Stir-fry the beef in a pan until fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a plate and let it cool.

  3. Wash the salad greens thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Thinly slice the red onion and soak it in water.

  5. In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together and stir until slightly thickened.

  6. Place the salad greens on a serving plate, then top with the cooked bulgogi. Add pine nuts if available.

  7. Serve the dressing on the side and drizzle just before eating.
