Topokki Sauce Chicken
Ingredients
• 400 g chicken breast
• 200 g cabbage
• 100 g broccoli
• Chopped green onion
Seasoning / Marinade
For chicken: a pinch of salt, pepper, a little mirin, 1–2 tbsp starch
2–3 tbsp TK tteokbokki sauce
Instructions
Soak the chicken breast in milk for about 30 minutes.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, mirin, and starch. Mix well.
Roughly chop the cabbage and broccoli.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the cabbage and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper.
In the same or another pan, cook the chicken until golden brown.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the TK tteokbokki sauce and toss until well coated.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Plate by arranging the stir-fried cabbage and broccoli on one side, then add the chicken.
