Bulgogi Quesadilla
Ingredients
• 200g thinly sliced beef (for bulgogi)
• 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 2 tortillas
Marinade
• 2 1/2 tbsp TK Bulgogi Galbi Sauce
• 1 tsp cooking wine
• A dash of black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the beef with TK Bulgogi Galbi Sauce, cooking wine, and a bit of black pepper. Let it sit for a few minutes so the flavor soaks in.
Slice the onion thinly — this will give the quesadilla that sweet, soft texture when it’s cooked.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the beef. When it’s almost done, toss in the onion and cook together until everything’s nice and glossy.
Place one tortilla on a pan. On half of it, layer mozzarella cheese → bulgogi → and more mozzarella cheese! Then fold it in half.
Cook both sides until golden brown and the cheese melts beautifully.
Cut into triangles and serve hot — it’s amazing with salsa or a simple salad on the side!
