Spicy Bean Sprouts Pork Belly
Ingredients
• 300g thinly sliced pork belly (daepae samgyeopsal)
• 1 pack bean sprouts
• 1/2 onion
• 4–5 stalks green onion
Seasoning
• 7 tbsp TK spicy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp cooking wine
• A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Cut the onion in half, then slice into half-moon pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
Cut the green onions lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix TK spicy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, cooking wine, and sesame seeds.
Place the onion slices around the edge of a pan, put the pork belly in the center, and top with bean sprouts.
Arrange the green onions along the edge and pour the prepared sauce over everything.
Turn on the heat and stir the sauce evenly into the ingredients while cooking.
Once the ingredients are well combined and cooked through, reduce the heat and enjoy.
