Rose Topokki

Ingredients

• Tteokbokki rice cakes: 250g

• Sausages: 100g

• Onion: 1/4 piece

• Green onions: 2 stalks

• Garlic: 4 cloves

Sauce

• TK Topokki Sauce: 5 tablespoons

• Pasta sauce: 3 tablespoons

• Heavy whipping cream: 1/3 cup

• A pinch of black pepper

• Water: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Slice the garlic and julienne the onion. Cut the green onions lengthwise.

  2. Score the sausages with shallow cuts.

  3. Soak the rice cakes in water.

  4. In a pan, heat some oil and stir-fry the garlic and onion. Add a pinch of black pepper while stir-frying.

  5. Add the sausages and continue stir-frying, then pour in the water.

  6. Add the rice cakes, TK Topokki Sauce, and pasta sauce. Stir well.

  7. Once the rice cakes are mostly cooked, add the heavy cream and simmer until thickened.

  8. Serve in a bowl, topped with mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes.
