LA Galbi

Ingredients:

• 1kg short ribs (sliced)

• Green onion

Marinade:

• 6 tablespoons TK Bulgogi Galbi Sauce

• 4 tablespoons water

• 1 tablespoon sesame oil

• Black pepper

• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the white part of the green onion.

  2. Mix the prepared TK Bulgogi Galbi Sauce, chopped green onion, and the rest of the marinade ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Coat the ribs layer by layer with the marinade, place them in a storage container, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

  4. Grill over charcoal and serve.
