Stuffed Tteokgalbi
Ingredients
• 400g ground beef
• 2 king oyster mushrooms
• Chopped green onion
Seasoning
• 3 tablespoons black pepper
• TK bulgogi galbi sauce
• 1 tablespoon cooking wine
• ½ tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon ground sesame seeds
Instructions
Place the ground beef in a bowl and add the prepared seasonings.
Knead the beef mixture thoroughly until it becomes sticky and elastic.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise. Shape the seasoned beef into patties and wrap them around the mushroom pieces to form a galbi (rib-like) shape.
Heat a pan and cook the patties evenly on all sides until fully cooked.
Grind pine nuts on a paper towel to make a powder.
Sprinkle the powdered pine nuts over the finished patties and serve on a plate.
