Spicy Cod Steak
Ingredients
150g cod, broccoli, shallot, carrot, green onion, lemon, rice
Seasoning
2 tablespoons TK spicy sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon green onion
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon butter,
pepper, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, cooking wine
Steps
Pat the cod dry and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot lengthwise and round off the edges.
Heat a frying pan and cook the cod. When one side is mostly done, add cooking wine and flip it over.
When it’s almost cooked through, add butter and cook until golden brown.
Plate the cod and let it rest. Grill the vegetables.
Add oil to the pan, then add green onions to infuse flavor. Remove the green onions, then add TK spicy sauce and soy sauce.
Simmer the sauce, then finish with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Plate the cod with the garnish and serve with the spicy sauce.
