Spicy Seafood Fried Rice
Ingredients
109g mixed seafood, 59g kimchi, 1 green onion, 1 egg, 1 sheet of seaweed, 200g rice
2 tablespoons TK spicy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, pepper, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
Finely chop the green onion.
Heat a pan and add the cooking oil, then stir in the green onion to release its aroma.
Add the seafood and stir-fry, then pour in the cooking wine.
Once the seafood is cooked, add the kimchi and TK spicy sauce and stir-fry together.
When the sauce is well mixed, add the rice and stir everything together thoroughly.
Once it’s all stir-fried, add crushed seaweed and sesame oil, mix well, and finish.
Fry an egg and place it on top of the fried rice before serving.
